The MGM Grand Signature Residences sit just behind the MGM Resort and have great views of the famous pools and of Top Golf. The biggest draw to this high rise besides the location a block from CityCenter is the flexibility to rent out the units nightly if desired. The MGM Signature is one of five high rises known as condo hotels in the city. These condo hotels can be rented nightly, weekly or monthly with no rental restrictions allowing for flexibility in ownership.
There are three towers that make up the MGM Signature properties. All units are studios or 1 bedrooms and have kitchenettes with mini refrigerators, microwaves and sinks. All units come fully furnished and can be an affordable, flexible way to get your piece of the Las Vegas high rise market.
The towers do not allow any pets. These units can be listed on Airbnb for nightly or weekly rentals.
